Following the severe weather conditions of recent weeks, we are now fully operational with all depots open. We have dedicated teams of drivers working hard to get outstanding deliveries to our customers. We are prioritising those who are most vulnerable and ask that you bear with us as we continue fulfil orders impacted by the snow.    

Our telephone lines are still very busy, we will endeavour to answer your call in a timely manner. Regarding progress of deliveries, lead times should have been communicated to you at the time of order and we are still working to those timelines for orders placed this week. Orders impacted by the severe weather may be made outside of normal delivery timelines and we endeavour to get these to you as soon as possible.
